The combination of Template Tasks and the Client Console now allows you to automate tasks for your clients and they will be notified automatically by email when there is a task assigned to them.

You Can...

  • Set a task to attach required documentation

  • Assign XBerts for the client to resolve

  • Review reports snapshots and reports together

Remember you can select what information you want your client to see.

1. Invite your client to the client console

2. In the Organisation board set a Client Contact role

3. In Templates set up a template with the information you want your tasks to contain and list the information you are requesting.

4. Assign the schedule to the Client Contact under Roles and set how often you want this task to be repeated for your client.

The client will be sent an email notification whenever an item has been assigned to them in the client console.
