How To: Move an Email Task to a Different Client

For moving tasks in between clients.

You can easily move Email Tasks between clients. When you email a task into XBert using your unique email address, it will predict the client it should be assigned to, or it will assign it to no client and appear in your email inbox process.

  1. You can easily find your Email Tasks by having a process for Email Inbox OR search Email with the Magnifying Glass icon above the Work list.

    From the Work board, open an Email Task tile by selecting the Task summary in the Work items list. This will activate a Details Tile on the right-hand side of your screen.

  2. In the Action Bar across the bottom, select the Client icon which is the second icon.

  3. Select a Client from the list and Save.
