XBERT CONNECT DASHBOARD
The dashboard summarises the critical information for each organisation, including the current risk amount, weekly cash, unreconciled total, and year-to-date Profit and Loss. You can also use the Search and Filter feature to help you find what you're looking for, so you can prioritise workflow and resolve the most urgent risks first.
From the dashboard, you can flag an organisation needing urgent attention, assign an organisation to a team member to manage, set a due date, and add comments.
The CLIENT DETAILS button gives you information on the incoming and outgoing cash that XBert is monitoring for each linked organisation, plus the Potential Savings amount and the XBert breakdown. You'll see the number of XBert risk alerts, the type of risk, the associated risk amount, the number of resolved XBerts and how much money these resolved XBerts total. We've also calculated your savings as a time measure because we know how important this is to practices and time-poor business owners.
Selecting OPEN XBERT will take you to that organisation's account where you can view all Snapshots, Charts, XBerts, Tasks, and collaboration tools. To resolve XBert alerts, you will need to open and resolve them from within Xero, which is integrated and easily accessible from each XBert.
You'll also see everything we detect, and everything you resolve, in your XBert CONNECT Portal giving you a clear picture of how much money and time XBert is saving you so that you can focus on growing your business.
There is no limit to the number of organisations you can add to your CONNECT account. You will have to grant XBert access to the cloud accounting software for each organisation*. There is no additional fee for CONNECT, you pay per organisation on a tiered pricing structure.
*PLEASE NOTE: Currently, XBert integrates with Xero only (MYOB and Quickbooks are coming soon), is based on Australian tax rates and connects with the Australian Business Register. Tax and GST Snapshots and some XBert risk alerts related to contacts will not be relevant if you are operating outside Australia, but you can enjoy using all the other features in the meantime.
