PLEASE NOTE: After your free trial ends, you'll need to enter payment details to continue using XBert or XBert CONNECT. When you log in, you should automatically be taken to the correct page.

How to enter your payment details in XBert:
STEP 1. Log in to your XBert or XBert CONNECT account.
STEP 2. Go to the panel menu and select Settings.

STEP 3. Go to Business Settings for XBert users with a single business subscription or CONNECT Settings for XBert CONNECT accounts.
STEP 4. Scroll down the page to Subscription and Billing. Select ENTER PAYMENT DETAILS. If your trial has already ended, you should automatically be taken to this page when you log in.

STEP 5. Fill out the form and, if you have a special offer code, make sure you add it in the coupon code field. Changes to existing payment details will now be active.
