How To: Prioritise a Task

For organising tasks by importance

If you have Work items that are more important than others, you can prioritise these on your work list or work board to have faster access and easier ordering via the Priority Board.

  1. From the work list, hover over a task, and a lightning bolt icon will appear on top of the task icon. Clicking on it easily toggles the Priority of a Work item on and off.

  2. If you're on a work board, you can also do the same by hovering over the lightning bolt icon.

  3. You can also open the task and prioritise it from the task summary tile.

  4. This is what a Priority task looks like.

  5. This is not prioritised.
