Managing Your Team's Priorities

Get organised and Set, View, and Reprioritise your team's work.

Across your team, it is easy to make a Task or XBert a Priority.

  1. From the Work board, select the Lighting Bolt icon from the side panel - this is the Priority board.

  2. The User Selector is across the top of the Priority Board (header), you can view your team members' priority boards and arrange the order of their priorities.

  3. Priorities are in number order down in the left column. You can easily click and drag to rearrange the number order or your items.

  4. You can action items on your Priority board the same way you action items on your Work board.

    Select an item from the list then do your Actions in the details tile.
