Filters give you options to segment the data in XBert in ways that are useful for you.

Filters can be used in addition to the Date Range Selector, the Processes, and the Client Column.

Filters include Roles of Partner, Manager, Bookkeeper, Assignee, Client Groups and other Filters. You can use a combination of the filters all at once.

Saved Views sits within Filters and on your Workboard header and allows you to save your filter segment so you can easily apply it in the future or set it to default applying it to your Workboard every time you log in.

To Save a View,

  1. Select the Filters drop-down menu.

  2. Select the filters and Date range you wish to save. The Saved Views box appears on the right-hand side.

  3. Name this Saved View. You can also select if you want this as default every time you log in or if you want to share this view with your other team members.

  4. Your list of Saved Views will appear as above.

Here you can select a Saved View to be your default view when you log in, tick the circle, or delete views from your list by selecting the bin icon.

Any Shared views you have created that are shared with the team will be highlighted. Unselect the shared icon to unshare it with your team.

Any shared views your team members have created will also be shown here.

  5. You can access all your Saved views easily on the Work board. Click on the Views drop-down menu and select the Saved view you wish to see.

Your default view will be shown here when you log in to your XBert Account.
