Bulk actions include due dates, assigning to users, and updating or completing the status.
When creating your XBert account and initially connecting files, we look back at the last two financial years and raise any potential risks onto your Work board.
Additionally, team members with the same client access permissions can collaborate on filtering and bulk updating XBerts, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
You may want to use the Bulk Actions feature to mark a previous period's XBerts as complete and start fresh or from a chosen date!

Alternatively, you can follow a simplified 4-step process:
Access the Work Board or Worklist.
Apply filters to set the type to
XBertsand status toAll Incomplete.Select the alerts you want to update.
Use the bulk update option to mark them as
Completed.
Make your date selection from the work list or work board with the period of which you wish to mark the XBerts as complete.
Select View XBerts only.
Select Actions, then Bulk Actions.
Select the items you want this to apply to and click Continue.
Note: The XBerts that are shown in this selection list are based on the period you chose on the work list or work board. (in step no. 1).
Select the Action - in this case, Update Status, then click Continue.
Select the Status - Completed.
You also have the option to use the Auto-Assign rules or Snooze.
Click on Update Notifications.
All the XBerts will now have been completed and moved off your Work board. You can view your Completed board whenever you'd like to go back and look at these XBerts.
You'll notice that completed XBerts will have a checkmark or a caution icon to see which XBerts are resolved or unresolved.Resolved

This helps you determine if we have marked any XBerts as fixed/resolved in the accounting software, so you can go back and view unresolved XBerts if you choose.

The ability to filter and bulk update XBert alerts is available to all team members with the same client access permissions.

Does bulk updating XBert alerts delete them? No, marking XBert alerts as completed updates their status but does not delete them.
