Client Summary Metrics Report

This report provides the count of contacts, accounts, invoices, bills, employees and several other high-level metrics for each client.

This report contains 2 pages.

  1. Client Summary Metrics

  2. Users (Audit Clients Only)

The first page is an overview of your client summary metrics for all of your clients. Here you can see: (in order)

  • Client

  • Last sync for the client file

  • Platform (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

  • Currency

  • Number of contacts (customers and suppliers)

  • Number of accounts (chart of accounts)

  • Number of bank accounts

  • Number of invoices

  • Average collection days

  • Number of bills

  • Average payment days

  • Active payroll employees

  • Payroll employees

  • Number of fixed assets (buildings, computer equipment, software etc.)

  • From-To (date range)

The second page is a full list of CONNECT Portal users and their roles in the audit client files as well as the total amount of assigned roles (e.g. Partners = 13), users assigned to the roles and how many client files they're assigned to in that role.
