You can easily see your Work items across different date ranges using the Date Range Selector.

Reporting Period is a selection within the dropdown on your workboard that allows you to select which date field on a Task/XBert that the date range filter will apply to.

  1. Work Due will sort by the Due Date of all work items.

  2. Created Date will sort by the Creation Date of all work items.

  3. Reporting Period will sort by the Start Date of all work items.

  4. Completed Date will sort by the Completed Date of all work items

The Date Range Selector is across the top of the Work board.

The Date Range will default to Dynamic > This Month. You can change the period by clicking on the categories in the date range selector on the dropdown arrow setting. The traffic light system will indicate if there are items that need action.

You can change the period by using the drop-down bar. You can view by All, Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, Financial Quarter, Financial Year, Dynamic or Custom period.

The Start Date column and the Due Date column are in the Work Items list.
You can sort all work items by clicking on the two arrows to the right of Start or Due.
