There are 4 ways an XBert can be marked as completed.

  1. User-initiated completion: The issue still exists in your accounting system but has been marked as complete in XBert.

  2. Self: A change was made in the accounting system by XBert, a person or another system that has resolved the issue.

  3. XBertRulesEngine: A rule in XBert Automation has triggered and set the status of the XBert to a completed status, the issue may still exist in the accounting system.

  4. XBertConfiguration: Configuration of an XBert sets an issue to a completed status by default, the issue may still exist in the accounting system.
