Each Client has an individual Client Console that lists their XBert, Tasks, and individual Reports.

You can Invite external parties such as the Client or their Accountant / Bookkeeper and they will only see this Client information.

Some Settings can set permissions as well as Delete the Client file.

  1. You can access the Client Console by hovering over a client’s name on the Clients board. If the console is turned on, the options will appear.

If it’s turned off, head to Client Settings and enable it from there.

  2. The Reports can be accessed from the main menu.

  3. The Financial Overview report gives an overview of the financial status of a business, including Bank Balances, Bank Reconciliation, Receivables, and Payables.
The Date Range can be selected using the Calendar icon.
This report is for business owners to view themselves or with their bookkeeper.

  4. The Data Quality report lists any issues found by XBert's audit.
The Circle graph highlights risk value by the level ranging from Info, Low, Medium, and High.

Data Quality Issues lists the number and risk value of issues by Business Area, and then by each alert. By expanding the sections you will see each supplier/s or customer/s relating to that issue/s.

Risk Value and Count Over Time is a bar graph showing the distribution of the issues found across the date range that was selected (using the calendar).

  5. In the Sales Report, you can see details for all sales for customers that are assigned a specific Tracking Category.
You can select one category from the first window to view.
The Pie Graph shows all sales in that tracking category by $value.
The Sales Value and Count bar graph shows the total $ value of sales and the total number of sales across the time frame you have selected (using the calendar icon).

The list across the bottom is a breakdown of sales by customer.

  6. In the Purchases (TC) Report, you can see details for all purchases from suppliers that are assigned a specific Tracking Category.
You can select one category from the first window to view.
The Pie Graph shows all purchases in that tracking category by $value.
The Sales Value and Count bar graph shows the total $ value of purchases and the total number of purchases across the time frame you have selected (using the calendar icon).
The list across the bottom is a breakdown of purchases by customer.
