How to: View Created Tasks from a Template

Easily view Tasks created by a Template's schedule/s.

There are two ways you can easily view the tasks created by a template's schedule.

View via your Work Board's Filters -

  1. On your work list or work board, click on Advanced Filters.

  2. Under Template Schedule, you can select the template you're looking to view the created tasks for.

  3. Close the filters by clicking on Advanced Filters again, and you'll see all the tasks created by that template's schedule.

View via the Template under Automation -

  1. Go to Automation.

  2. Select the Template you're looking to view the created tasks for.

    The Template Details Tile will open up.

  3. Click on the View Tasks icon at the top right.

  4. You'll be redirected to your work list or work board with the title of the template added as a filter.
