For setting up a view to easily review your previous time entries.

How do I view the tasks I logged actual time to?

Note - you need to make sure you Commit Actual Time on your tasks to be able to see this view.

View tasks assigned to you

  1. Go to Actual Time on your work board.

  2. Change the Dynamic filter to Today's date or the date you're looking into.

  3. Click on My Items and you'll see all the items assigned to you.

View tasks assigned by Processes

  1. On the Actual Time work board, you'll see the list of Processes.

  2. Select the Process you're looking into and you'll see all the tasks associated with that process.

  3. You can select one or multiple processes.

  4. On the lowest part (highlighted in grey), you'll see the total number of each - users, clients, billable tasks, XPM jobs, and if the time was pushed to XPM and the sum of actual time logged for the tasks.

View tasks assigned by Clients

  1. On the Actual Time work board, you'll see the list of your Clients.

  2. Select the Client you're looking into and you'll see all the tasks associated with that client.

  3. You can select one or multiple clients.

  4. On the lowest part (highlighted in grey), you'll see the total number of each - users, clients, billable tasks, XPM jobs, and if the time was pushed to XPM and the sum of actual time logged for the tasks.

How do I save this view?

  1. Follow the steps above and choose the filters you prefer.

  2. Then, you can save this view for future use :)

How do I access the view I created?

  1. On your Actual Time work board, click on Views.

  2. Select the view you've saved :)

Is it possible to export this as an Excel file?

Yes, you can export any view on the Actual Time work board.

  1. In the upper right corner, click on Actions.

  2. Then Export to Excel.
