When you sign up, XBert includes a standard set of templates pre-mapped to processes. These provide a strong starting point for automating workflows in your business.
Our standard templates were developed through extensive consultation with accounting and bookkeeping practices. They’re designed to reflect the recurring tasks bookkeepers and accountants perform in their accounting systems.
Load the Standard Templates
To load the standard templates in your XBert account:
Go to Automation from your work tasks.
Select Yes, Add Templates.
You will see a pop-up on your screen.
Click on Load Templates.
Review the templates loaded into your account—these can be edited, customised, or deleted as needed.

💡 Tip: Even if you don’t plan to use the standard set permanently, loading them is a great way to explore how task templates and processes are structured in XBert.
