If you need to add or remove multiple clients from groups at once, use Bulk Manage Client Groups. It gives you a grid view where you can see all your clients and groups together, and tick or untick checkboxes to make changes across the board in one go.
To access Bulk Manage Client Groups:
Navigate to Account Settings
Under Clients, click Settings
Click the Actions menu (zig zag icon) in the top right corner
Select Bulk Manage Client Groups from the dropdown menu

The modal opens with a grid showing:
Rows - your clients
Columns - your client groups
Checkboxes - a tick means that client is currently in that group
Tick to add a client to a group. Untick to remove them. As you make changes, you will see a running count of additions and removals at the top.
Finding what you need
If you have a lot of clients or groups, you can narrow things down:
Search - type a client name to filter the rows
Group chips - click a group name at the top to show only that group as a column. Click All Groups to show everything again.
Reviewing your changes
Before you apply anything, you can expand the Preview panel to see a full list of every addition and removal you have made - useful for double-checking before applying.
Applying your changes
When you are ready, click Apply Changes. XBert will process all additions and removals in one go and show you a summary of how many assignments were added and removed.
The client list will refresh automatically once you click Close.
