For viewing and managing settings for your Client files.

The Client Settings page allows you to easily view and manage settings for your Client files all in one place.

Client Groups

This feature displays the number of client groups that a client belongs to.

Clicking on the number of client groups of a client lets you select what groups you'd like to include them in.

You can also create new client groups using the + icon located at the bottom of the pop-up.

Connect User Access

This column shows you the number of team members that have access to a Client file.

Clicking on the number of team members that have access redirects you to the user access page for the Client file, you can edit the user access permissions for your team members here.

Client Console

You can turn the Client Console on and off for a Client file here.

Client Users

This column shows you how many Client Users there are in a Client file.

If you have the Client Console turned off for a Client file, it will show a - icon instead.

Client User XBert Visibility/Client User Task Visibility

These columns allow you to hide or show XBerts and Tasks for a client file to the client.

If you select Hide, XBerts and tasks not assigned to the client will become invisible to them.

Console Link

If you have the Client Console turned on for a Client file, an icon of a box with an arrow will appear. Clicking this icon will redirect you to the Client Console of a Client.

If the Client Console is turned off, a - icon will appear instead.

Links

With this feature, you can easily view and manage user access, client console settings, and client console users. In addition, you can rename non-connected client files as well as delete a client if needed.
