Receipts are part of your everyday work
Once XBert has read a receipt, it creates a Receipt Capture work item that sits in your work views, such as the Task List and the Time Flow Board, alongside the rest of your team's work. That's where your team checks, edits and publishes receipts, as part of their normal day rather than a separate queue. The Receipt Capture page is the overview: use it to see everything that's come in and where each receipt is up to.
Each Receipt Capture work item is set up the way you configured the Bill Agent, Bank Transaction Agent or Sales Invoice Agent, including who it's assigned to, its process, status and due date.
đĄ Receipts not landing with the right person?
Check how your Bill Agent, Bank Transaction Agent and Sales Invoice Agent are set up. You can apply changes to existing Receipt Capture work items too.

Show only Receipt Capture work items
Open your work list.
At the top, click the receipt icon.
Hover over it and you'll see View Receipt Capture Work Only.
Your work list now shows only Receipt Capture work items, whether they're bills, expenses or sales invoices. Click the icon again to see everything.
This works in both the list and board views. It can't be combined with the XBerts or Tasks filters, so turning it on turns those off.
Recognise a Receipt Capture work item
It has a receipt icon.
Its title is the supplier's name, or on a sales invoice the customer's name, and the total, for example RIVERSIDE BUTCHERY AUD 101.50
Receipt Capture work items don't show when you filter by XBerts or Snoozed.
In the coloured header at the top of the work item, a label shows what it will be published as, for example Bill Automation or Sales Invoice Automation.
Narrow it down further
Use the work list's other filters with the Receipt Capture filter to find what you need, for example:
Assigned to me, to see only your receipts
a client, to see one client's receipts
a process or status
Overdue, to see receipts past their due date
Open a Receipt Capture work item
Click the work item.
By default, the edit screen opens straight away so you can check the receipt.
Check and correct the details, then publish.
To see the receipt on the Receipt Capture page instead, click View at the top of the work item.
