What does a 'password-protected' client look like?

  1. Go to the Client board of your CONNECT Portal
    ​

  2. On the Client Connections page (fourth page option located on the left-hand side of your screen), find the MYOB client file that is locked/not syncing.
    ​

How to Unlock a Locked MYOB File

  1. Click on 'Password Required'.

  2. This is the modal that opens when you attempt to unlock a password-protected client.
    Click 'Submit' once you've entered your username and password for the MYOB file.
    ​
