You can add and edit a Comment on a task.
This helps keep all the communication for a task in one place. You can use the @Mention function to tag team members and alert them to the update.
All comments will appear in the Comment section of the Activity action.
From the work list, open the Task tile by selecting the Task summary. This will activate a Details Tile on the right-hand side of your screen.
If you're on a work board, open the task summary by clicking on a task tile.
From the Action Bar on the right side, click on the Chat Bubble icon. This will open the Activity action and allow you to add Comments in the text field.
Type your comment in the text field and press Save.
All Comments will appear in this section with the user name and the date, and time.
Click on the vertical ellipsis icon on the top right of a comment to enable the drop-down menu, which lets you edit or delete a comment.
The same Activity action allows you to also see the History of the task list with the User, Activity, Date and Timeline.
