How To: Update the Status of a Task

For easy visibility of where your Task is up to.

You can update the Status of a Task to one of the options within the system, which include In Progress, Waiting, For Review, Rework, and Complete.

  1. From the work list, open the Task tile by selecting the Task summary. This will activate a Details Tile on the right-hand side of your screen.

    If you're on a work board, open the task summary by clicking on a task tile.

  2. From the Action Bar on the right side, the Status icon will allow you to update the Status of a Task.

  3. In the Status section, you can select one of the standard statuses or one of your custom statuses. Select Save to update your changes.

    If you select one of your custom statuses that has auto-assign, it will select the auto-assignee in the assign section. This can be saved or overwritten by selecting reassign.
