  1. To customise your statuses, go to the Settings menu in the lower left corner.

  2. Select Statuses.

  3. You will see the three Categories of Statuses these are:

    1. To-Do items

    2. In Progress items

    3. Completed items

All Work list items will default to one of these statuses.

  4. Within each category, you can

    1. Add a new status - type the name into the field and press + plus.

Your new status will appear in the list.
The Colour will default to Grey.

The Role will default to Auto Assign Role Not Set.

  5. To edit the details of a Custom Status, select the pencil icon.

  6. You can choose for your status to be the Default Status of the category.

  7. Use the Paint Tin icon to open the Colour Picker tool.

  8. Select or enter your desired colour. Save.

  9. Selecting an Auto Assign role for a status changes the assigned user on a task automatically when the status is selected on a task. Now, the user for that client role will be auto-assigned. You will have the option to override this auto-assigned user when changing status.

  10. Re-ordering your statuses (by clicking and dragging).

This order change will be reflected in the status drop-down menu on the Work board.

  11. On the Work Board, in Tasks and XBerts you can now update to include your new status.
