You can easily create a Private Client Note or select an existing Client Note to make Private.

A Private Client Note is only visible to you and no one else can see it.

A Public Client Note is visible to your entire team (not the actual public).

Note: a Note Linking Tag can only be used once per Client, so if someone else on your team cannot see your Private Note they may attempt to add the same Note Linking Tag.

  1. To make a NEW Client Note that is Private, go to the Notes page and click on Add Note.

  2. To make an EXISTING Client Note private, you can sort your notes to view all your Client Notes by Topics

  3. or by Client Search using the Client Column.

  4. Clicking on a Note Summary from the note list will open a Details Tile. From here, clicking the pencil icon in the top right of the Details Tile will let you edit the Note.

Set the note to private from the bar on top of the edit screen.

  5. Once you're done, click Save at the bottom of the editing screen and your changes will be saved automatically.
