You can easily invite your Team Members into XBert and collaborate.
Users can be administrator or non-administrator users.

They can also have either full or restricted access.
Access and Restrictions
There are 4 options you can choose from when selecting how you would like to control the users' access to files:
All Clients
This will allow the user to view all clients within XBert.
Selected Clients
This will allow you to select which clients you want the user to have access to in XBert. They will be restricted from viewing, accessing, editing or being assigned XBerts or tasks for any clients to whom they have not been allocated.
Xero Permissions + All Clients
Xero Permissions access will allow a user to only view what they have access to in Xero.
They will be restricted from viewing, accessing, editing or being assigned XBerts or tasks for any clients to whom they don't have Xero access. They will also not have access to the client console of clients they don't have access to.
Xero Permissions + Selected Clients
Xero Permissions access will allow you to see the clients that the user has Xero access to and then modify that list to control which clients they see in XBert.
Administrators see all financial snapshots and charts and can view and edit User permissions and Business Settings such as updating payment details.
💡NOTE: If you're looking to invite in your client contacts, this must be done via their client consoles.
