Linking Xero Practice Manager Clients to XBert Clients

In this help article, we will walk you through the process of linking your Xero Practice Manager (XPM) clients to their corresponding XBert clients. This integration allows you to efficiently manage your clients' information and maintain consistency across both platforms.

By following these simple steps, you can easily map your XPM clients to XBert clients.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Select the settings icon on the lower left, above your profile picture.

  2. Click on Connections under Clients.

  3. Identify the XBert client you'd like to link to your Xero Practice Manager client.

    You may use the search bar or filters to quickly find the desired client.

  4. Click on the - (dash) icon under the XPM column (sixth column) to open the 'Client' selection.

  5. A drop-down list of your Xero Practice Manager clients will appear. Select the appropriate XPM client you want to link to the current XBert client. Ensure you choose the correct client to maintain accurate mapping.

  6. You will now see the count increase in XPM client's details displayed in the 'Xero Practice Manager Integration' section on the configuration. This indicates that the linking process has been completed for these clients as well.

This integration ensures seamless management and synchronisation of client data across both platforms, streamlining your workflow and enhancing your overall practice management experience.
