In this help article, we will walk you through the process of linking your Xero Practice Manager (XPM) clients to their corresponding XBert clients. This integration allows you to efficiently manage your clients' information and maintain consistency across both platforms. By following these simple steps, you can easily map your XPM clients to XBert clients.
Log in to your XBert account.
From the XBert dashboard, click on the 'Clients' tab in the main navigation menu across the top of your screen.
This will open the 'Client Insights' page, displaying all your existing XBert clients.
Go to the 'Client Connections' page instead by clicking on the third page option on the left side of your screen.
Identify the XBert client you'd like to link to your Xero Practice Manager client. You may use the search bar or filters to quickly find the desired client.
Click on the - icon under the XPM column to open the 'Client' selection.
A drop-down list of your Xero Practice Manager clients will appear. Select the appropriate XPM client you want to link to the current XBert client. Ensure you choose the correct client to maintain accurate mapping.
You will now see the count increase in XPM client's details displayed in the 'Xero Practice Manager Integration' section on the configuration. This indicates that the linking process has been completed for these clients as well.
