In case your XBert browser extension is having issues, these are some potential fixes we've found to work over time.

General Troubleshooting

For all browsers, you could try:

  1. - Updating your browser to the latest version

  2. - Fully closing and reopening your browser, then logging back into XBert

  3. - Disabling any browser extensions, fully closing and reopening your browser, then logging back into XBert

  4. - Checking your browser settings to ensure you're not operating in a strict privacy

mode - this can sometimes block websites and extensions from working if your

    browser settings are too restrictive

  5. - If you have any anti-virus software installed, sometimes these come with a web protection add-on that can block certain websites or extensions from working. If you have any software like this, it's worth trying out temporarily disabling it and seeing if this helps

  6. - Trying out a different browser like Mozilla Firefox, as this can help narrow down whether the issue is browser related or Operating System related

Mozilla Firefox Troubleshooting

For Mozilla Firefox, you could try:

  1. In Firefox, open the browser extensions area. Click the XBert extension and click the 'Manage Extension' button.

  2. There's a permissions tab in there, click that and it should display all the permissions options. Toggle all of these options ON.
