It's easy to turn off or turn back on the activity emails or summaries you receive from XBert. You'll find this option in your User Settings.
Both CONNECT accounts and individual business accounts will find Settings on the panel menu on the far right of your console. Select the 'lines' icon to access the drop-down menu and choose Settings.
When in Settings, select User Settings.
Use the checkboxes to deselect the emails you no longer want to receive or select the ones you do want to receive.
There should also be a link at the bottom of each email you receive with a link to manage the emails you receive. This link will take you directly to your User Settings.
