To access Bulk Actions for Templates or Schedules:

  1. Navigate to Automation > Templates from the side navigation

  2. Click the Actions menu (zig zag icon) in the top right corner

  3. Select either Bulk Actions Templates or Bulk Actions Schedules from the dropdown menu

There are two separate bulk action tools; one for Templates, one for Schedules.

How it works

Both tools follow the same three steps:

  1. Select the templates or schedules you want to update

  2. Choose an action to apply

  3. Configure the change and apply it

You can search and filter the list in Step 1 to find what you need quickly. Select all, or pick individual items using the checkboxes.

Template Bulk Actions

Select templates first:

Then choose one of three actions:

  1. Edit Estimated Time - Update the estimated time for all selected templates in one action (for example, set 11 templates to 30 minutes each).

  2. Change Process - reassign the process on selected templates at once

  3. Duplicate - create copies of multiple templates simultaneously

Note: Attachments on Templates are not copied when duplicating in bulk.

Schedule Bulk Actions

Select schedules first:

Then choose one of six actions:

  1. Manage Clients - add or remove clients across selected schedules using a grid view

  2. Update Client Time - adjust the estimated time per client across selected schedules

  3. Set Weeks in Future - update how far in advance tasks generate (0 to 52 weeks)

  4. Activate or Deactivate - toggle the status of selected schedules on or off

  5. Update Due Dates - change the due date configuration across selected schedules

  6. Update Assigned Role - reassign the default role across selected schedules

After applying

Once you update, you will see a summary of how many items were updated successfully. If anything failed, you will see a count and the reason.

You can then choose another action without closing - or close the modal when you are done.
