Admins can now access a dedicated Saved Views page showing every saved view in the workspace - name, page, creator, whether it's shared, and when it was created. Any view can be deleted from this page, including those created by other users.
To access Saved Views as an admin:
Navigate to Settings from the left navigation
Under Workflow, click on Saved Views
Note: Only admin users can see this page. The general Account Settings are also only available to admin users.
What you can see
Each saved view in the list shows:
Name - the name of the view
Page - which section of XBert the view applies to (for example, Task List or Status Board)
Created By - the team member who created it
Shared - whether the view is shared with others (Yes or No)
Created - the date it was created
Deleting a saved view
Click the delete (bin) icon next to any view to remove it. A confirmation prompt will appear before anything is deleted.
Shared views - you will be warned that deleting it removes it from everyones view
Private views from active users - you will be warned that this removes a personal view belonging to another team member
Views from deactivated/removed users - you can delete these to keep the workspace tidy
Note: Deleting a view cannot be undone. You can only delete views from this page - editing or renaming is not available here.
