Can I log into XBert using different sign-in methods?

In short: No.

Once your account is created using a particular sign-in method, that method is permanently tied to your account and cannot be changed.

XBert supports four sign-in methods:

  1. Google

  2. Xero

  3. Intuit

  4. Email and password

If you try to sign in using a different method - even with the same email address - XBert will attempt to create a brand new, separate account with no access to your original data, tasks, or roles.

Always use the same sign-in method you used when your account was first created.
