Bulk Changes

Bulk action or update any work item, XBert, template, schedule or client group.

The following article shows how to bulk update the items on your work list, work board, XBert Automation page, Automations, and Client Groups.

Sort your work list, work board, XBert Automation, templates, and client groups to view just the items you'd like to bulk update.


Work List / Work Board

  • Update your date range selector to select a period of items you want to update.

  • From your work list or work board, select the Bulk Actions icon on the header on the upper right corner.

  • Select the final work items that you want to update. Click Continue.

  • Depending on your choice of action, you can select the due date, select a user or select a status or update the priority. Then click Continue.

  • Make the other necessary actions. Then click Update Notifications.

  • You should be redirected to the work board/work list, and the changes should be reflected.


XBert Automation

  • From your XBert Automation Board, select the Bulk Actions icon on the header in the upper right corner.

  • Select the final work items that you want to update. Click Continue.

  • Depending on your choice of action, you can select the following bulk actions:

    • Update Process

    • Update Status

    • Update Assigned Role

    • Update Estimated Time

    • Update Priority

    • Update Due Date

    • Update Risk Level

    • Update Risk Type

    • Update Active Status

    • Update XI Automation Plan

  • Make the other necessary actions. Then click Update XBerts.

  • You should be redirected to the XBert Automation board, and the changes should be reflected.


Templates and Schedules

To update multiple templates and schedules by bulk, use Bulk Action Templates or Schedules from the Actions menu (zig zag icon).


Client Groups

To update clients' client groups by bulk, use Bulk Manage Client Groups from the Actions menu (zig zag icon).
