💡 NOTE: To turn on Capacity Management, you'll have to turn it ON under Features first.
To go to your Capacity Settings, navigate to the Settings menu (the gear icon) on the left panel and select Capacity.
You'll be redirected to this page, where you can capture your staff's availability and edit their workload or capacity per week.
On the header, you can select a date range weekly to review or foresee each user's capacity.
After the first column where you see the users' names, the following columns are listed next -
Payroll
The connected accounting software to your payroll or practice ledger.
Type
The employee or staff classification type. e.g. Full Time, Part Time
Payroll Hours
The total amount of hours on the employee's payroll.
Target Range
The allotted range percentage per employee. You can edit this with the percentage you want to allot to the user.
The days of the week e.g. Mon, Tue, Wed, etc.
You can input the amount of time per day you want allotted to each user.
Total
This sums up the total amount of hours from the whole week.
After you've made your changes, you can click on Save and you should your Capacity should be all set up!
