How To: Sort the Task List

You can easily sort your work items using the sort selections at the top of the Task List.

Written by Sunniva Andersen

Sort options sit at the top of your Task list.

Priority

To view your priority items at the top of your work items list click the Priority filter. (Priority tasks are set by clicking the Lightning Bolt icon on a list item).

This puts your prioritised items at the top of the list, as shown by the highlighted arrow next to Priority.

  • Clicking the Priority button again reverses the order.

Clients

You can order your Task List items alphabetically by Client name.

This will default to alphabetical ascending order. Clicking the Clients button again will change the order to descending and also remove the sort filter.

Step Number

You can order your Task List items by Step Number.
