Sorting helps you organise and view your work items in a way that best suits how you like to plan, prioritise, and manage your workload. Each work board in XBert has sorting options designed to highlight the most relevant details for that specific view.

Sorting is available in ascending order only, ensuring consistency across your workspace.


Sorting by Board

The settings and sorting options under these boards are:

  1. Weekends - toggle to view, hide, or show only weekend days with tasks

  2. Sorting options are as follows:

    • Priority

    • Type

    • Due date

    • Start date

    • Status

    • Client

    • Process

    • Assigned to

  • You can switch between boards at any time to change how your work is grouped.

  • Each board maintains its own Saved Views.

  • You can set a default view per board, ensuring you always start with your preferred filters.

  • Combine filters (like Process, Client, or Assigned) to create focused, customised views that fit your workflow.

Use the boards strategically β€” for example, sort by Due Period Board at the start of the week to plan ahead, and switch to the Assigned Board midweek to check workload balance.
