You can Snooze an XBert or Task. Doing this will remove it from the work list or work board and place it on your Snoozed board for a set amount of time.

  1. From the work list, open the Task tile by selecting the Task summary. This will activate a Details Tile on the right-hand side of your screen.

If you're on a work board, open the task summary by clicking on a task tile.

  2. From the Action Bar on the right side, the Status icon will allow you to update the Status of an XBert.

  3. Click the Snooze button at the top, then select how long you'd like the task or XBert to be snoozed for (One Week, Later Today, Tomorrow, etc.).

  4. After you've selected an option, it should appear on the left side of the Snooze button, while the Snooze button should change to a purple colour.

  5. Click on the Save button below the task or XBert.

  6. Snoozed items can be accessed anytime during their snooze period via the Snoozed board.

Click on the Z icon in your header to locate all your snoozed items.

Snoozed will appear as the current Filter.

Once the designated snooze period is over, the task or XBert will re-appear on the work list or work board to be completed.
