How To: Complete an XBert

For updating the status of the XBert when you've finished working on it.

You can Complete an XBert with or without resolving the issue that it raised. Some XBerts do not need resolving and alert only.

  1. From the Work board, open an XBert tile by selecting the XBert summary in the Work items list. This will activate a Details Tile on the right-hand side of your screen.

  2. From the Action Bar across the bottom, the File icon will allow you to update the Status of an XBert.
    ​

  3. Select Completed, add any relevant comments, and then Save, the XBert Details Tile will then disappear.
    ​

  4. The XBert will be moved to your Completed board.

    1. If you have corrected the issue in your accounting system, the XBert and then appear on the Completed board as Resolved.

    2. If you do not correct the issue in your accounting software the XBert will appear on the Completed board as Unresolved.
