You can Complete an XBert with or without resolving the issue that it raised. Some XBerts do not need resolving and are informational alerts only.
From the work list or work board, open an XBert tile by clicking on the summary.
This will open a detailed tile.
From the Action Bar on the right side, the File icon will allow you to update the Status of an XBert.
βSelect Completed, add any relevant comments, and then Save, the XBert Details Tile will then disappear.
βThe XBert will be moved to your Completed board.
If you have corrected the issue in your accounting system, the XBert and then appear on the Completed board as Resolved.
If you do not correct the issue in your accounting software, the XBert will appear on the Completed board as Unresolved.
