To help you understand and resolve XBert alerts.

XBert is our name for an EXPERT BUSINESS ALERT.

We've built machine learning and predictive analytics, and use proven pattern-matching algorithms to scan your cloud accounting data and notify you of any errors, anomalies, and potential risks that even a trained eye won't see. Some things are impossible to find.

When XBerts are found they will appear on your Work board in the Work items list. You can easily open each XBert up into a more detailed tile display that allows you to see more information, resolve and action the alert.

You can use the Date Range Selector, Processes, The Client Column and Filters to see and segment all the XBerts for your clients.

  1. Open an XBert tile by selecting the XBert summary in the Work items list. This will activate a Details Tile on the right-hand side of your screen.

  2. The Details Tile contains information relating to the risk alert. The top of the tile visually displays the...

    1. Status of the XBert

    2. Risk Value amount of the XBert

    3. Title of the XBert

    4. a short description

    5. the View Record button - this link will take you to the accounting software to explore and correct the issue that has been found.

    6. the Auto Resolve button - this will allow you to fix up the alert through XBert!

  3. The detailed view of the XBert alerts contains details of what the AI has found.

    1. Summary, which may also include a list of the issues found.

    2. Issues that can arise from the type of risk alert

    3. Examples, that explain the issue further

    4. Tips to resolve the issue

  4. Attachments allow you to add an attachment to the XBert.

  5. Created information - shows when the alerts were created

  6. The Action Bar is across the bottom of every XBert.

    1. Processes that the XBert is aligned to.

    2. Assign to a team member

    3. Due Date

    4. Activity/Comments from team members on the specific XBert or Task

    5. Actual Time taken to complete task

    6. Status updates for task/XBert
