Want to keep your workflow organised and accurate? Renaming your workflow-only clients is a quick and simple way to stay on top of things.
- To begin, navigate to the Settings page in XBert. 
- Then, go to Client Settings under Clients. This is where all your client files are listed.  
- Find the client you want to rename and click on the three-dot icon under the 'Links' section. From the drop-down menu, select 'Rename Client. 
 
 
- Once you’ve entered the new name, click 'Save.' Your changes will be applied immediately. 
💡 NOTE: If the client is a connected client, you can change their name on their accounting software, and it will automatically update in XBert within 24 hours.
