Want to keep your workflow organised and accurate? Renaming your workflow-only clients is a quick and simple way to stay on top of things.
To begin, navigate to the Settings page in XBert.
Then, go to Client Settings under Clients. This is where all your client files are listed.
Find the client you want to rename and click on the three-dot icon under the 'Links' section. From the drop-down menu, select 'Rename Client.
Once you’ve entered the new name, click 'Save.' Your changes will be applied immediately.
💡 NOTE: If the client is a connected client, you can change their name on their accounting software, and it will automatically update in XBert within 24 hours.
