Monitoring User Login Activity

To monitor your team's and clients' activity on XBert.

As an admin, you'll be able to monitor login activity on both your XBert CONNECT and Client Console portals.

XBert CONNECT

  1. In your XBert CONNECT portal, click on the panel menu (hamburger icon) on the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Click on CONNECT Users.


  3. From here, you'll be able to see all the users in your team and their details. Their login activity is stated next to their name.


Client Console

  1. Access the Client Console of a client. Once you're in the Client Console, you'll see the name of the client in the top right corner of your screen.


  2. Click on the panel menu (hamburger icon) on the top right corner of your screen, next to the client's name.

  3. Click on Users.

  4. From here, you'll be able to see all the users in your team and their details. Their login activity is stated next to their name.
    You can differentiate between users by their tags.

    • Users with ADMIN permissions will have the black tag "ADMIN" under their name.

    • Users with NON-ADMIN permissions will have no tag under their name.

    • Your team members will have the purple tag "CONNECT USER" under their name.

    • Clients invited through the Client Console will have no tag under their name.
