Actual Time Feature

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu (the gear icon) on the left panel.

  2. Click on Features in the settings menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Here, you'll see the "Actual Time" feature. Click ON to turn this feature on.

When activating the Actual Time feature in Settings under the Features tab, there are configurations as well.

You can choose how you want to make your Actual Time entries, you can choose between Actual Time with Hours and Minutes or Actual Time with Start and End Time.

If you turn on the Actual Time setting 'Date with Start and End Time', you can also go to Integrations > XPM > Configurations and turn on 'Create XPM Timesheets using Start time and End time'.

💡 NOTE: The start and end times are saved in the XPM comment field using the Connect Portals timezone, rather than the timezone of the user account creating the time entry.

Here's what it looks like in XPM:

This feature will now be available in the action bar under all your Task and XBert details tiles. This feature allows you and your team to commit actual time to a task.
