How To: Import XPM roles and XPM Client Groups

Seamlessly import roles and client groups from XPM.

You’ll have to ensure your client files are connected to XPM before you can import roles and client groups.

To import XPM Client Roles to XBert -

1. Go to the Clients board and select Roles on the left panel -

2. In the top right corner above the list of your Clients, click on Actions -

3. In the Actions dropdown, select Import XPM Client Roles -

4. From here, you can import your XPM client roles for the Partner and Manager roles in XBert for client files -

To import XPM Client Groups -

1. Go to the Clients board and select Settings on the left panel -

2. In the top right corner above the list of your Clients, click on Actions -

3. In the Actions dropdown, select Import XPM Client Groups -

4. From here, you can import all Client Groups from XPM and create these as Client Groups in XBert.

Note: All clients that have been linked to an XPM client will automatically be set up with the newly created Client Groups.
