Overview: Actual Time

View the tasks you have logged actual time to and export the data.

The Actual Time board is where you'll be able to easily see the tasks you have added actual time.

πŸ’‘ NOTE: To see this view, make sure you have committed actual time to your tasks.

Navigate to the Actual Time board by selecting it from the main menu item across the left.

There are multiple ways you can segment your data.

1. Date Range Selector

Select the date range you're interested in. It is set to Dynamic - Up to 1 Month by default.

However, you can also select to view by All, Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, Financial Quarter, Financial Year, Dynamic or Custom.

You can also set a saved view for yourself for your convenience. To do this, open the filter panel to select the filters you prefer, and then hit save.

You'll be able to select this new view by going to Saved Views.

2. My Items

Click on My Items icon to see all the items assigned to yourself.

3. By Process or By Client

All your tasks that have time logged onto them will be filed under a Process or a Client.

You can also use the Process Search or the Client Search bar at the top of the columns to search for a process or client by name.


πŸ’‘ TIP: You can export your data by clicking on the Actions icon and selecting Export to Excel.
