The Client Overview board is where you can easily monitor and manage workloads for your clients.

Click on the Client Overview icon on the left-hand side of your screen.
Similar to the Team Overview board, you'll see a list of all your process workflows.
On the columns, you'll find your Clients and the total number of items and items assigned or completed for each client.
On the header above, you can filter the Client Overview board accordingly.

Hide Empty Rows and Columns
View XBerts or Tasks only
View your Items only
Or use any of the advanced filters
The total number of tasks or XBerts is shown inside the red circle. (eg. 7 total tasks)
The total number of completed tasks or XBerts is shown outside in a green circle.

Any overdue items are shown as a number in a small red circle. Clicking this number will display these items on the Work list. (e.g. 15 total tasks, 1 overdue, 2 completed)
If all tasks in a process are completed, there is a green tick with a green circle displaying the total number of completed tasks. Clicking on this icon will display these items on the Work list. (e.g. 1 completed item)
You can use the total row across the bottom to know the progress of each client across all processes.
Export to Excel
You can export the Client Overview page to gain deeper insights into your clients' workload, identify potential bottlenecks, and make informed decisions to optimize your team's productivity.
To export, select a date range you're looking into. Then, click on the Actions button on the upper right side of your header. Select Export to Excel.
