The Status Board view helps you track the progress of your work items across multiple XBerts or clients by grouping them according to their current status.

It provides a clear, visual way to understand where each task sits in your workflow β€” whether it’s not yet started, in progress, awaiting review, or completed.

This view is ideal for quickly identifying bottlenecks and ensuring that nothing stalls along the way. By seeing all your work items organised by their current stage, you can instantly gauge team progress and prioritise actions that keep projects moving forward.

Navigation

You can easily update the status of a work item by dragging and dropping it between columns.

Each column represents a different stage in your workflow β€” for example, Not Started, In Progress, Review, or Completed.

When you move a work item from one column to another, its status automatically updates to reflect the new status. This makes it fast and intuitive to manage your work without needing to open individual items or adjust settings manually.

Date Range, Filters, and Sorting

This work board uses the default date range: Start Date > Dynamic > Up to 1 Month, but you can update this via the date range selector on the header.

You can also filter via Process, Client, and Assigned using the dropdowns to further filter the board. Similar to the work list, the quick filters are also available (My Items, View XBerts/Tasks only, etc).

Sorting options are also available on this board. More on sorting here.

✨ Tip: Use the Status Board during team meetings or check-ins to review overall progress and make sure everyone is aligned on next steps.
