The Assigned Board view is ideal for monitoring workloads across your team. It groups all work items according to the person responsible, giving you a clear, visual overview of who’s working on what.
This layout makes it easier to distribute work evenly, spot capacity issues early, and ensure that tasks are progressing as expected.
Whether you’re managing a large team or just keeping track of your own items, the Assigned Board provides an organised and collaborative way to stay on top of responsibilities.
Navigation
You can easily update the assigned user of a work item by dragging and dropping it between columns.
Each column represents a different user or assignee. When you move a work item from one column to another, the assigned user is automatically updated to reflect the new owner. This quick interaction allows you to reassign tasks seamlessly without needing to open each item individually.
This view is especially useful for team leads or managers who need to redistribute workloads quickly based on availability or capacity.
Date Range, Filters, and Sorting
The Assigned Board uses the default date range: Start Date > Dynamic > Up to 1 Month.
You can update this range using the date range selector at the top of the board to narrow or expand your view.
You can also apply the filters to refine what you see:
Process – view items related to a specific workflow or process.
Client – focus on work for one or more clients.
Similar to the Work List view, you also have access to quick filters such as My Items or View XBerts/Tasks only, helping you customise the board to suit your needs.
Sorting options are also available on this board. More on sorting here.
✨ Tip: Use the Assigned Board to balance workloads, identify capacity gaps, and ensure that each team member is clear on their current responsibilities.
