By grouping work items by process, you can easily identify bottlenecks, assess progress, and make adjustments to improve efficiency. This view is particularly helpful for teams managing multiple clients or recurring workflows, where consistency and visibility are key to staying on track.

You can update a work item’s process by dragging and dropping it into another column.
Each column represents a separate workflow stage, and when you move a work item from one column to another, its process is automatically updated to match the new stage. This makes it easy to reflect real progress in your workflow without manually changing settings within each task.
This interactive setup helps teams collaborate effectively and ensures that your board always reflects the most accurate, up-to-date status of your work.
