The Work Board is a new visual board in XBert that helps you easily view, manage, and action your work items.
It provides a flexible and intuitive way to track progress, view priorities, and plan your workload — all in one place.
Grouping
Use the Group By menu at the top header to switch between different ways of viewing your work items.
This helps you focus on what matters most, whether it’s by calendar, status, or process.
Time Flow (Default View)
Time Flow is a brand-new way to visualise and manage your work. It brings your tasks, due periods, and daily capacity together — right where you work.
Quickly see what your day looks like, understand your workload, and stay on top of priorities with a clear, time-based layout.
When Capacity is turned on, you’ll also see daily capacity values directly in your flow, helping you gauge team load and plan work more effectively.
This isn’t just a new view — it’s a smarter, calmer way to manage your week.
Other Boards:
Displays your work items in a weekly view (starts with Today's date - so it is Dynamic) to help you plan tasks and manage team workload day by day.
Group by the current status of each work item to track progress across multiple XBerts or clients. Drag and drop work items to change their status.
View work items by the person responsible — ideal for managing workloads across your team. Drag and drop work items to update the assigned user.
Organises work items by process or workflow stage to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Drag and drop work items to move them to another process.
Group items based on their due period so you can focus on what’s urgent or due soon. Drag and drop work items to move their due dates.
💡 Tips:
You can switch between views anytime to match how you like to plan or review your work.
Each board can have its own set of views; the Saved View dropdown only shows the views that belong to each work board. You can now have a default view for each board.
