đ± These steps are for the XBert Capture app
They describe what you'll see in the app itself, on a phone or in a browser, from setting it up for the first time through to using it day to day.
XBert Capture is a separate app from XBert. Anything that happens inside XBert is covered in the collections for your firm.
Open your notification settings
Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen. On a large computer screen, click Settings in the menu on the left.
Under Preferences, tap Notifications.
You'll see three settings: Push Notifications, Email Notifications and Quiet Hours. Changes save straight away.
Push notifications
Push notifications pop up on your phone when there's a new message or task for you.
Turn Push Notifications on or off.
Push notifications only come through on a phone, not when you use XBert Capture in a browser.
đĄ If your phone is blocking them
When notifications for XBert Capture are turned off in your phone's own settings, you'll see a Grant Permission row. Tap it to open your phone's settings, then allow notifications for XBert Capture.
If you turn on Push Notifications while they're blocked, you'll see Notifications Disabled. Tap Open Settings to go straight there.
Email notifications
Turn Email Notifications on or off to choose whether you also get notified by email.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours pause your notifications overnight, or at any time you choose.
Turn on Quiet Hours. It starts at 10:00 PM and ends at 7:00 AM.
To change the times, type them into Start Time and End Time in 24-hour time, for example 22:00. Each time saves when you move away from the box.
The times use the time zone shown underneath them.
