đ± These steps are for the XBert Capture app
They describe what you'll see in the app itself, on a phone or in a browser, from setting it up for the first time through to using it day to day.
XBert Capture is a separate app from XBert. Anything that happens inside XBert is covered in the collections for your firm.
Open your profile
Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen. On a large computer screen, click Settings in the menu on the left.
Under Account, tap Edit Profile. On a large computer screen, it's already open on the right.
Your profile has your photo, first name, last name, phone number and email address.
Change your photo
Tap your photo, or the camera badge on it.
Choose a photo:
On your phone: pick one from your photo library, then crop it to a square.
On a computer: choose an image file (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP or HEIC).
Wait for it to upload. You'll see Profile photo updated when it's done.
Photos can be up to 5MB. A bigger one shows Image too large (max 5 MB).
đĄ If the app can't open your photos
If you said no when your phone asked about photo access, you'll see Permission Required. Allow photo access for XBert Capture in your phone's settings, then try again.
Change your name or phone number
Tap First Name, Last Name or Phone Number and make your change.
Move to the next box or close the screen. Your change saves by itself, and there's no Save button.
Your first and last name are both needed. Your phone number is optional, and can include numbers, spaces, +, - and brackets.
Your email address can't be changed here.
