For linking notes to your tasks

Linking Client Notes to your tasks ensures that each client receives the information they need, enhancing the efficiency and relevance of your workflow.

This allows every client on a template to have their own notes in addition to the generic task details.

First, ensure that your Client Notes are set up in the system. These notes will be what you link to your tasks later on.

  1. In the Automation board, open the template that you want to add notes to.

    Link a Note to the overall Template by selecting the Tag you want from Note Link Tag.

  2. To Link a Note to a Subtask, use the Note Link Tag on the subtask and select your Tag.
